Service Agreement: Richness By Design™ Business Report – Silver Level

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Bold Brave Legacy Pty Ltd t/as Judy King ("Provider") and you ("Client") on the date of purchase.

1. Service Description

The Provider agrees to deliver a personalised Richness By Design™ Business Report – Silver Level.

  • This includes a customised Human Design business energetics report in PDF format, prepared solely for the Client.

  • No live calls, messaging support, or additional services are included in the Silver Level.

  • Delivery will be made within the stated timeframe provided, unless otherwise communicated.

2. Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure

  • The Client acknowledges that all written content, frameworks, and resources within the report are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider.

  • The Client agrees not to copy, distribute, replicate, reproduce, share, or use the content for commercial purposes without express written consent.

  • Sharing the report, in part or in full, with others outside of personal use is strictly prohibited.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the customised and digital nature of this product, all sales are final.
 By purchasing the Richness By Design™ Business Report – Silver Level, the Client agrees they will not request a refund, chargeback, or dispute under any circumstance, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or lack of implementation.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The Provider offers insights, reflections, and strategies rooted in Human Design, Gene Keys, somatic intelligence, and professional expertise. While these methods are powerful and transformative, results are not guaranteed.
 The Client acknowledges that outcomes will vary based on personal readiness, participation, and implementation. The Provider is not liable for any perceived lack of results or any decisions the Client makes during or after using this report.

5. Client Responsibility

The Client is solely responsible for how they apply the information provided. The Provider encourages openness, discernment, and self-responsibility. The Provider holds no responsibility if the Client does not engage with or apply the insights contained within the report.

6. No Warranty

The Richness By Design™ Business Report – Silver Level is provided “as is.” The Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to effectiveness, completeness, or results.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Acceptance

By ticking the box at checkout, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
