Service Agreement: WORTHY — ½ Day In-Person Immersion

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Bold Brave Legacy Pty Ltd t/as Judy King ("Provider") and you ("Client") on the date of purchase.

1. Service Description

The Provider agrees to deliver the ✦ WORTHY ✦ ½ Day In-Person Immersion, which includes:

Attendance at a live, in-person event facilitated by Judy King.
Group and individual guidance focused on Human Design, embodiment, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment.
Experiential practices, teachings, and reflections designed to support the Client’s remembrance of worthiness, reclamation of their voice, and activation of their highest expression.

This is a one-time, in-person experience. No additional calls, reports, or messaging support are included unless expressly stated at checkout.

2. Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure

The Client acknowledges that all teachings, practices, frameworks, reflections, and resources shared during the Immersion are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider.
The Client agrees not to copy, distribute, replicate, reproduce, record, or use the content for commercial purposes without express written consent.
Recording (audio, video, or otherwise) of the event without permission is strictly prohibited.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the live, in-person nature of this event, all sales are final.
By purchasing a ticket to ✦ WORTHY ✦, the Client agrees they will not request a refund, chargeback, or dispute under any circumstance, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel restrictions, or failure to attend.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The Provider shares tools, practices, and strategies rooted in Human Design, Gene Keys, embodiment, somatic intelligence, and professional expertise. While these methods are powerful and transformative, results are not guaranteed.
The Client acknowledges that outcomes will vary based on readiness, participation, and self-responsibility. The Provider is not liable for any perceived lack of results or for any physical, emotional, or business decisions the Client makes during or after the Immersion.

5. Client Responsibility

The Client is solely responsible for:

Attending ✦ WORTHY ✦ at the designated date, time, and location.
Participating with presence, openness, and self-responsibility.
Making any travel, accommodation, or personal arrangements required to attend.

The Provider holds no responsibility if the Client does not attend or does not engage with the practices offered.

6. No Warranty

The ✦ WORTHY ✦ ½ Day In-Person Immersion is provided “as is.” The Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to effectiveness, completeness, or results.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
