Service Agreement: Emotional Authority Masterclass Series
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Bold Brave Legacy Pty Ltd t/as Judy King ("Provider") and you ("Client") on the date of purchase.
1. Service Description
The Provider agrees to deliver the Emotional Authority Masterclass Series, commencing on August 4th, 2025. This is a 3-day live experience designed to help the Client understand, integrate, and embody their Emotional Authority using a unique blend of Human Design, somatic intelligence, and energetic alignment.
If the Client selects the VIP Upgrade, the following additional services are included:
- Access to the exclusive Human Design Authority Training (valued at $197), to deepen the Client’s understanding of emotional decision-making and energetic embodiment.
- 5 days of private Telegram support, where the Client may submit questions, receive personalised feedback, and integrate the masterclass teachings with real-time guidance.
- VIP priority access during the live masterclass sessions, including front-of-line coaching, tailored tasking, and enhanced support in navigating emotional clarity and activation.
- UNLIMITED ACCESS to replays
2. Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure
The Client acknowledges that all materials, teachings, and resources provided as part of the Emotional Authority Masterclass Series and any VIP inclusions are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider.
The Client agrees not to copy, distribute, replicate, reproduce, share, teach from, or otherwise use this content for commercial purposes without express written consent. Sharing logins or giving others access is strictly prohibited.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital and live nature of this experience, all sales are final. By enrolling in the Emotional Authority Masterclass Series (including the VIP upgrade, if selected), the Client agrees they will not request a refund, chargeback, or dispute under any circumstance, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of implementation.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
The Provider shares tools, teachings, and methods rooted in professional training, embodiment expertise, and lived experience. While these methods are powerful and transformative, results are not guaranteed. The Client acknowledges that personal outcomes will vary based on readiness, participation, energetic capacity, and self-responsibility.
The Provider is not liable for any perceived lack of results or any outcomes arising from decisions the Client makes during or after the series.
5. Client Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for their experience and implementation. The Provider encourages full presence and self-responsibility. The Provider holds no responsibility if the Client does not engage with or apply the teachings provided.
6. No Warranty
The Emotional Authority Masterclass Series and any associated VIP services are provided “as is.” The Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to effectiveness, completeness, or results.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Acceptance
By ticking the box at checkout, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
