Service Agreement: 1:1 Telegram Week with Judy King

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Bold Brave Legacy Pty Ltd t/as Judy King ("Provider") and you ("Client") on the date of purchase.

1. Service Description

The Provider agrees to deliver 7 days of private 1:1 support via Telegram, commencing on the agreed start date.
The Client will have access to Judy King for personalised voice notes, text messages, and support during the designated week. This container is designed to provide direct coaching, mentoring, and energetic recalibration tailored to the Client’s needs.

2. Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure

The Client acknowledges that all teachings, reflections, and resources shared during the 1:1 Telegram Week are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider.
The Client agrees not to copy, distribute, replicate, reproduce, share, or use the content for commercial purposes without express written consent. Sharing screenshots, recordings, or access with others is strictly prohibited.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the personalised and digital nature of this experience, all sales are final. By enrolling in the 1:1 Telegram Week, the Client agrees they will not request a refund, chargeback, or dispute under any circumstance, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of implementation.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The Provider shares tools, teachings, and methods rooted in professional training, embodiment expertise, and lived experience. While these methods are powerful and transformative, results are not guaranteed.
The Client acknowledges that outcomes will vary based on readiness, participation, and self-responsibility. The Provider is not liable for any perceived lack of results or any decisions the Client makes during or after this support container.

5. Client Responsibility

The Client is solely responsible for their experience and implementation. The Provider encourages full presence, openness, and self-responsibility. The Provider holds no responsibility if the Client does not engage with or apply the support provided.

6. No Warranty

The 1:1 Telegram Week is provided “as is.” The Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to effectiveness, completeness, or results.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Acceptance

By ticking the box at checkout, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
