Service Agreement: The Channel

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Bold Brave Legacy Pty Ltd t/as Judy King ("Provider") and you ("Client") on the date of purchase.

1. Service Description

The Provider agrees to deliver The Channel — a high-frequency, real-time mentorship container run via a private Telegram thread, commencing on your agreed start date.

The Channel includes:

  • Ongoing mentorship within a private Telegram thread (max 10 women)

  • Three dedicated streams of support within the same thread: The Mirror, The Flame, The Compass

  • Depth-matched, intimate, high-level guidance to calibrate your energy, clarity, and next bold moves

  • Three-month minimum commitment (recommended 12 months for deepest results)

If the Client selects the VIP Upgrade, the following additional services are included:

2. Intellectual Property & Non-Disclosure

All materials, teachings, and resources provided inside The Channel (including VIP inclusions) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider.

The Client agrees not to copy, distribute, replicate, reproduce, share, teach from, or otherwise use this content for commercial purposes without express written consent. Sharing access or logins is strictly prohibited.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and live nature of The Channel, all sales are final. By enrolling (including the VIP upgrade, if selected), the Client agrees they will not request a refund, chargeback, or dispute under any circumstances — including, but not limited to: dissatisfaction, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of implementation.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The Provider shares tools, teachings, and methods rooted in professional training, embodiment expertise, and lived experience. While these methods are powerful and transformative, results are not guaranteed.

The Client acknowledges that personal outcomes will vary based on readiness, participation, energetic capacity, and self-responsibility. The Provider is not liable for any perceived lack of results or any outcomes arising from decisions made during or after participation.

5. Client Responsibility

The Client is solely responsible for their own experience and implementation. The Provider encourages full presence and self-responsibility. The Provider holds no responsibility if the Client does not engage with or apply the mentorship, tools, or strategies provided.

6. No Warranty

The Channel and any associated VIP services are provided “as is.” The Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to effectiveness, completeness, or results.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Acceptance

By ticking the box at checkout, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
