Service Agreement: Richness By Design™ Business Report – Gold Level

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Bold Brave Legacy Pty Ltd t/as Judy King ("Provider") and you ("Client") on the date of purchase.

1. Service Description

The Provider agrees to deliver a personalised Richness By Design™ Business Report – Gold Level, which includes:

  • A customised 40–45 page Human Design business energetics report (PDF).

  • One (1) 45-minute private session with Judy King via Zoom (or equivalent platform), to be scheduled within 30 days of report delivery.

  • Seven (7) consecutive days of private 1:1 support via Telegram, commencing on the agreed start date. Telegram support includes personalised voice notes, text messages, and energetic/business mentoring tailored to the Client’s needs during the designated week.

2. Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure

  • The Client acknowledges that all written content, frameworks, teachings, reflections, and resources provided in the report, call, and Telegram container are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider.

  • The Client agrees not to copy, distribute, replicate, reproduce, share, or use this content for commercial purposes without express written consent.

  • Sharing screenshots, recordings, transcripts, or access with others is strictly prohibited.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the customised and digital/live nature of this product, all sales are final.
By purchasing the Richness By Design™ Business Report – Gold Level, the Client agrees they will not request a refund, chargeback, or dispute under any circumstance, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of implementation.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The Provider offers insights, reflections, and strategies rooted in Human Design, Gene Keys, somatic intelligence, and professional expertise. While these methods are powerful and transformative, results are not guaranteed.
The Client acknowledges that outcomes will vary based on readiness, participation, and implementation. The Provider is not liable for any perceived lack of results or any decisions the Client makes during or after engaging with this service.

5. Client Responsibility

The Client is solely responsible for:

  • Scheduling their private call within the timeframe provided.

  • Engaging with and applying the information, guidance, and support received in the report, call, and Telegram container.

  • Ensuring presence, openness, and self-responsibility throughout the experience.

The Provider holds no responsibility if the Client does not engage with or apply the support provided.

6. No Warranty

The Richness By Design™ Business Report – Gold Level is provided “as is.” The Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to effectiveness, completeness, or results.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Acceptance

By ticking the box at checkout, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
