Service Agreement: Permission Online Course

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Bold Brave Legacy Pty Ltd t/as Judy King ("Provider") and you ("Client") on the date of purchase.

1. Service Description

The Provider agrees to deliver Permission – An Online Self-Paced Course for Ambitious Entrepreneurial Women, designed to support the Client in unlocking aligned strategy, embodying authenticity, and activating wealth through Human Design.

The program includes:

  • 4 self-paced modules (over 11 hours of video trainings) covering Human Design foundations, business, relationships/health, and prosperity.

  • Bite-sized video lessons + integration call replays.

  • Lifetime access for the lifetime of the course (as long as the program remains active).

VIP Options (if purchased):

  • Gold Upgrade – 1 x 90-minute Human Design Reading with Judy King.

  • Platinum Upgrade – 1 x 90-minute Human Design Reading + 2 x 60-minute Follow-Up Readings for deeper integration.

2. Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure

The Client acknowledges that all materials, teachings, and resources provided as part of the Permission course (and any VIP inclusions) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider.

The Client agrees not to copy, distribute, replicate, reproduce, share, teach from, or otherwise use this content for commercial purposes without express written consent. Sharing logins or providing others with access is strictly prohibited.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant-access nature of this program, all sales are final. By enrolling in Permission (including any VIP upgrade), the Client agrees they will not request a refund, chargeback, or dispute under any circumstance, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of implementation.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The Provider shares tools, teachings, and methods rooted in Human Design, somatic intelligence, and energetics. While these methods can be highly transformative, results are not guaranteed.

The Client acknowledges that personal outcomes will vary based on readiness, participation, energetic capacity, and self-responsibility. The Provider is not liable for any perceived lack of results or any outcomes arising from decisions the Client makes during or after the course.

5. Client Responsibility

The Client is solely responsible for their own results and experience. The Provider encourages full self-responsibility and implementation of the course material. The Provider holds no responsibility if the Client does not engage with or apply the teachings provided.

6. No Warranty

The Permission course and any associated VIP services are provided “as is.” The Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to effectiveness, completeness, or results.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Acceptance

By ticking the box at checkout, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
